Mobile Detailing Terms & Conditions: By booking our services, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Access: Customers must provide accurate location details and ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
2. Deposit & Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Prices may vary based on vehicle condition.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or No shows may result in loss of deposit.
4. Vehicle Condition: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, or trash will be considered heavily soiled and will incur an additional $50 fee.
5. XL Vehicle Fee: Vehicles classified as XL (e.g., large SUVs, trucks, vans) that are not selected under the XL add-on at booking will incur an additional $50 fee.
6. Weather Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
7. Satisfaction: Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours so we can address them.
8. Liability: We take care in servicing your vehicle but are not liable for damage due to faulty parts or prior issues.
